We’ll meet for a 30-minute Discovery Call where we dive deeper into your goals, challenges, and vision for the project. This conversation is all about alignment—to make sure we’re the right fit before moving forward.

During the call, we will:

  • Explore potential solutions and tools suited to your needs
  • Review your project scope, budget, and expectations
  • Address any questions or concerns you may have

Planning & Proposal

Following the Discovery Call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining the recommended approach.

The proposal includes:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline and key milestones
  • Estimated hours, costs, and any additional expenses

Project Execution

With everything agreed and the deposit received, we begin the project.

You can expect:

  • Transparent communication throughout
  • Regular updates and check-ins to track progress
  • High-quality, dedicated and thoughtful implementation based on the agreed plan

Future Collaboration

Once your project has wrapped up, we’re not just going to wave goodbye! We love building lasting relationships with our clients - that’s why we offer flexible monthly retainer packages.

What's included:

  • A set number of support hours per month for support and maintenance
  • Priority assistance for urgent issues
  • Regular check-ins to review progress and future needs
  • Custom support to fit your unique goals, so we can adapt as your business grows
